All Returns are for Store Credit Only.
You may return merchandise if the item is unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, tags still attached, and in original condition.
We must receive the item(s) within 14 days of the original shipment date. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. E-mail shopdixiechicbtq@gmail.com to request a return authorization first before sending the item(s) back to us.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box in another box when shipping back.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Hats and Jewelry are also FINAL SALE.
Due to limited inventory and styles, we do not offer exchanges. We cannot guarantee we will have your size in stock for an exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an e-mail to shopdixiechicbtq@gmail.com with a picture along with the order number.
Please use the address on the shipping label when sending back an item. We will let you know when we have processed your return.
